We are based in Zurich, Switzerland. You can pick up ordered items Yourself from our pick up point in Hedingen. We also ship worldwide from our stock in Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the country your order shall be shipped to.

Import / Tax Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties. The duties are determined by destination and value of the products. Mashuka.ch is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.

Mashuka items are tailor made to each client from size and fit, to style, color, and fabric choice. Due to the customization of these garments they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are not satisfied with the garments free alterations and minor changes to the design can be made.

To ensure the best results, it’s important to place costume orders at least two months before the show. This allows enough time for material delivery and production.
